Through our programs – combining valuable lessons from established leaders with the vitality of new ideas – we provide opportunities to make this vision a reality.

Our networks cross sectors and philosophies in the belief that people, through understanding and working together, have the power to make positive change.

Leadership Victoria was established in 1990 to focus on developing community leadership. Today, Leadership Victoria encompasses a number of innovative programs and community services including:

• Williamson Community Leadership Program – a unique year of leadership broadening experiences
• ExperienceBank – designed for senior leaders and executives
• SkillsBank – harnessing the skills of Leadership Victoria Alumni for ongoing pro bono strategic community involvement
• Board Orientation Series – preparing professionals to be effective board members for nonprofit organisations
• Nonprofit CEO Workshops & Roundtables – leadership skills and conversations for CEOs from across the nonprofit sector

Leadership Victoria is an independent, non-partisan, non-aligned entity dependent on financial support drawn from the corporate, public and community sectors.
